Your vehicle has been booted.

Pay online in a few minutes, get your release code, take the boot off yourself, and drop it at one of our return locations. No waiting for a driver.

Release My Boot

How it works

1

Find your boot number

The number is printed on the front of the boot (for example, Boot #3). You will need it to pay.

2

Pay for the release

Choose your boot number, enter your vehicle details, and pay by card. You will get your release code right after payment.

3

Remove the boot

Enter the code into the lock on the boot, starting with the wheel closest to the arrow. Remove the boot from the tire. Never drive with the boot attached.

4

Return the boot

Drop the boot in the return box at any of our three Sure Storage drop-off locations within hours.

Important: Boots not returned within hours of payment, or returned damaged, will be charged a one-time replacement fee to the card used for payment. Vehicles that remain booted may be towed and impounded at the owner's expense.
Warning: never drive with the boot attached; do not cut, pry, break or remove the boot; tampering or theft may be prosecuted; return the boot within 24 hours of release.
